Thank you for shopping at HI Supreme Goods. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Below are our standard options

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase, and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance and your location.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states within USA. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

If you offer international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office for specific information before ordering. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you don't receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at aloha@hisupreme.com

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs (for international orders), incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, but we'll help you resolve issues whenever possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery location
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. Reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date

For packages damaged in transit, please take photos of the packaging and product and email them to us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Address Changes and Order Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us  as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed, but once it has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
