This workout combines swimming, bodyweight exercises, and beach running to help you build strength, endurance, and stability.   1. Warm-up (5-10 minutes)

  2. Swim Set (15-20 minutes)

    • Swim parallel to the shoreline for 10 minutes at a comfortable pace, focusing on maintaining proper form and breathing.

  3. Beach Bodyweight Circuit (10-15 minutes)

    • Perform the following exercises on the sand, completing three sets with 30 seconds of rest between each set.
      • 15 push-ups
      • 20 squats
      • 15 burpees
      • 30 seconds of mountain climbers
      • 1-minute plank
  4. Ocean Run (5-10 minutes)

    • Run in the shallow water along the shoreline for 5-10 minutes. The resistance of the water will help build leg strength and improve your cardiovascular endurance.
  5. Ocean Drills (10-15 minutes)

    • Perform the following drills in waist-deep water, focusing on proper form and controlled movements.
      • High knees: 3 sets of 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds between sets
      • Lateral shuffles: 3 sets of 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds between sets
      • Jump squats: 3 sets of 10 reps, rest 30 seconds between sets
      • Treading water: 3 sets of 1 minute, rest 30 seconds between sets
  6. Cool Down (5-10 minutes)

    • Finish the workout with a gentle stretch routine on the beach, focusing on your major muscle groups and any areas that feel tight or fatigued.
